These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of clicksandco.in (the “Website”), run by Clicks & Co. Marketing Agency, a sole proprietorship owned by Ruthik Nahar (“Clicks & Co.”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. About the Website

The Website tells you about our digital marketing, branding, website, SEO, advertising, print and messaging services, and shows examples of our work. Everything here is general information, not professional advice for your specific business.

2. Our services are covered by a separate agreement

Nothing on the Website is a binding offer. When you hire us, the scope, deliverables, timelines, fees (plus applicable GST) and payment terms are set out in a written proposal and service agreement signed by both sides. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement wins.

3. Results and case studies

Case studies and figures on the Website, such as views, reach, footfall or growth, are real results for those specific clients, taken from their own dashboards and records. Marketing results depend on many things outside our control, including your product, pricing, market, budget and platform algorithms. Past results are not a guarantee of future results, and we do not promise any particular outcome unless it is written into a signed agreement.

4. Intellectual property

• The Website’s design, text, graphics and code belong to Clicks & Co., unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce or republish them without our written permission. Sharing a link is always fine.
• Client names, logos, photographs and creatives in our case studies belong to those clients. We show them with their permission, as examples of our work.
• Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client’s service agreement.

5. Using the Website

You agree not to:

• use the Website for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;
• try to hack, overload or disrupt it;
• scrape its content in bulk;
• submit false information through our forms;
• post spam or offensive comments.

We may remove comments and block access if these Terms are broken.

6. Third-party links and embeds

The Website links to and embeds content from other services, such as Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Google Maps and our clients’ websites. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the Website accurate and online, but it is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or up to date, and we may change or remove content at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Clicks & Co. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website, or from relying on information published on it. Our liability for services is governed by the relevant service agreement.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Website.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. By continuing to use the Website after an update, you accept the revised Terms.
