From a factory product list to a brand people stop and watch
Namo Chairs makes moulded plastic furniture in Shirur, Pune, sold through dealers across India. When we started eight months ago, there was no product data, no photography, no catalogue and no social media. We built all of it, then gave the brand a logo built on its registered name.

A strong product with no brand behind it
Namo Chairs had the factory, the range and the dealers. What it didn’t have was anything a customer could see online.
There was no organised product list, no professional photography, no catalogue to hand a dealer and no social media presence. Most brands come to us to improve their marketing. Namo needed us to start it.
We started with a spreadsheet
Good marketing needs a solid base, so we built the brand the way you’d build a chair: foundation first.
- FoundationProduct sheetsEvery product organised in Excel: names, models, colours and categories.
- FoundationProduct photographyClean studio shots of the range, ready for print and social.
- FoundationThe catalogueA 60-page product catalogue for dealers and customers.
- LaunchSocial accountsInstagram and Facebook opened and posting from day one.
- Months 1 to 3Motion ReelsAnimated product Reels to test formats and build a feed.
- Last 2 monthsFace ReelsReal people on camera explaining each product.
60 pages, 60+ products, one clear system
The product sheets and photography came together in a full catalogue: company profile, every chair, stool, table and baby product with colour options, and a dealer partnership section. It’s now the base for sales conversations and for our content.

The name on paper was Namo
The client had been using “Namo Chairs” with a chair built into the logo, believing that was the registered name. The trademark was registered simply as Namo, and the chair symbol didn’t suit the stools, tipoys, tables and baby products. So we designed a new logo around the registered name: one mark for the whole range, with a sub-brand for baby products. The logo trademark is in process.

Testing formats until faces won
We didn’t guess what would work. We tried it. The first months tested motion Reels. Then we moved to Reels with real people explaining the products, and views, reach and profile visits climbed sharply.
A consistent look for every product

Faces changed the numbers
The account ticked along quietly through the motion Reel months, then climbed sharply from late July, when the face Reels began.

Great products deserve to be seen.
Eight months ago there was no brand to market. Today Namo has organised product data, professional photography, a 60-page catalogue, active social accounts with a consistent look, face-led Reels and a new logo filed for trademark.
